Network (TURN)

The backup connection path for when direct peer-to-peer is impossible (strict NAT, symmetric networks, some LTE carriers).

• The relay is optional: without it the connection goes directly.
• If a direct connection does not work on your network, add the address and credentials of your own TURN server here — or contact support to get a server for testing.
• Latency via the relay is slightly higher than with a direct connection.

WARNING

Wrong TURN settings can make connecting to the device impossible. Change them only if you know what you are doing.
